MEI needed to implement SAP HR system for their Human Capital Management Needs for their employees in 12 countries within strict deadlines and with limited HR IS know-how.

SAP HR system shall provide consistent access to the information and the necessary tools to optimally manage Employee benefits, life events, benefits, career development & job activities.
