Oki Data is a leading provider of innovative products, services, and solutions marketed under the OKI® Printing Solutions brand including color and monochrome digital printers, serial impact dot matrix printers, fax machines and multifunction products.

Challenges

OKI Data was looking for a partner to assist with the design, development and deployment of Sales Force Automation solution utilizing the CRM and STRATEGY, The art of winning Sales Methodology. The solution must result in an integrated SFA solution that will provide an intelligent tool set to help sales force manage contacts, accounts, opportunities, analytics and forecasting. This SFA solution will replace home grown Top-Opps and Goldmine systems and automate analytics and forecasting for operations.

Solution

Sage Group won this engagement through our innovative approach and value added services. Sage Group competed against the other big consulting organization. The scope of the initiative included developing a roadmap and subsequently implementing SFA solution including CRM, BW and Enterprise Portal leveraging the existing SAP’s ERP.
